Design A Widget / Plugin For PHPFox

I have phpfox script and want to build a custom widget for it.

It works much like the groups function but when a user signs up they will choose a network to belong to.

For example: student A signs up for Duke University they will become part of the Duke university network where they will be able to associate with other students from duke university. student B signs up for seminole state college and becomes part of the seminole state college network. Student B will not be able to view the duke university network while student A cant view the seminole state college network.

They will still be able to do all the other functions on the site with all users throughout the site but will have access to their specific "network" only.

I want to call these networks Campus Connect it will be accesible in the main menu on the students dashboard.

Inside the network I want to be able to add different categories such as notes, classifieds, rate a professor, etc. These categories I should be able to add and delete as I feel fit. I want to also be able to add sub categories inside each category at an unlimited level so for example: Campus Connect -> Student Notes -> Biology 101 -> Teacher Notes.

This widget isn't going to be for sale nor will it be used on more than one site just built for mine.

I prefer someone who has experience developing widgets and plugins for phpfox

Please let me know if you can build this widget price and aproximate time to develop.
