central content change

i want a website designing, fairly simple 3 pages main page something like [login to view URL] with a page for link exchanges like [login to view URL] then five free galery link buttons , that is free gallery 1 , free galery 2 , free gallery 3 ect with some text to say the galeries are new every day.

this website i want to use as a template, i have 100's of sites like [login to view URL] but i want to be able to change where i am sending the traffic centerally so with [login to view URL] when you click on the girl you are sent to [login to view URL] this is the same with [login to view URL], [login to view URL] ect ect ect i want to be able to decide centerally where this traffic is sent. also i want to do the same with the free gallery pages.

So there should be an administration website built from which i can direct the traffic from all my websites.
