Clone/copy and improve Traffic/Advertiement site

I hired a programmer here at ScriptLance to create a Traffic and Advertisement site but he completed about 90% of the job... Suddenly he disappeared and I lost contact with him... He is not even answering my emails... I have the links to the site and also admin URL for the site and login to access. Your job is to copy (clone) all pages and/or files and correct the functions and configure or fix any error, finish and install the site. I had a bad experience with this programmer because this project has been delayed by this programmer to the point of consuming the timeframe ScriptLance give for completion of a project. If you are interested in the project it is a must you can complete it in the less time possible (work quick) because I have wasted too much time and time is money! Please be considerate on your bidding taking in consideration that the site is almost finished and almost all you have to do is clone it, configure and fix bugs or functions. It is a must you have experience with language translation or languages translation scripts/ programs because the site is developed to change to different languages... For different region or country user (International) English, Spanish, French, German, India, China... This is one of the functions the previous programmer promised to deliver and failed to do successfully. It is an advertisement and traffic site that includes a manual traffic exchange, safelist, banner ads, text ads, contact solo ads... Everthing is credit based. It also has a language translation feature for visitors from different countries. Please let me know your bid and show me samples of your work. Thank you, PS.
