Need developer to complete CSV read/write logic

Hey. I can complete the entire project in the next 7 hours. I just need to be clear on the requirements. 2) Do you mean you want a way to select a file on the filesystem that is then read by the application and also allows you to add new rows? 3) Do you mean you want the loaded data to be passed to existing code that will perform some transformations on the data then return it after which it will again be saved as a CSV file?

I have prior experience of one such project which was used to collect information from DBs and display it to a dashboard. This was achieved using JavaFX which was more advanced in comparison with swings.
