The requirement is blurred at the moment, but the project sounds extremely challenging. My bid covers the following scope and anything additional would have to be separately negotiated. Scope - - The delivery artifact would be in form of a framework running in a single JVM with a test or console program providing verification of the function. - The framework will provide API hooks to register/unregister simulations and extensions for developing more simulations based on it. - The solution will feature one basic use-case with a concrete simulation that runs based on a framework (coordinator based), as a proof-of-concept, however the execution of the simulation will be running inside single JVM only as multiple threads (each coordinating a simulation, per say). About us - Pegalogic is a new start-up firm based out of Pune, India. I have 16+ years of experience in developing web-based enterprise softwares using Java and J2EE technologies. I have extensive experience in developing service based architecture, and developing security systems (at IBM) for web-based authentication and authorization domains. I work full-time with a software development company but am looking to take up additional to keep things exciting. I have over 7 years of onsite experience working with a leading biotech company in USA - I believe my communication skills are fantastic and I have played roles ranging from developer to architect to project manager in various projects.
