Cloning Craigslist

I am looking for someone who can create a website that are similar as craigslist.org. Almost the same as [url removed, login to view], including flagging, type in the verification words, blocks any repeating post at the same city in 48 hours. but all posting is fee applies, like $5 for 10 days per post, $10 for 30 days per post and $25 for 60 days per post of posting. The payment are applies to paypal. This will prevent any scams and rip-off artist.

Just like cloning [url removed, login to view], just study it around and you will see how it works, I want pretty much the same, but color are more like light blue with logo on top.

This is will be ongoing project for the right person.

I forgot to add something here, my budget for this project is $100 and you must have at least 25 good feedback. If you bid higher than $100 or less than 25 good feedback, your bid will be rejected.
