Custom Bootstrap theme generator

Hi

I wish you to create a custom template generator for Twitter Bootstrap--> I have with me a gradient generator and separately Bootstrap Admin/Shopping Cart/website themes--> I want you to create simple template generator that allows user to specify either a gradient/color (using gradient generator) or images (with various options like repeat-x, repeat-y and so on) as well as specify width/height/ font size attributes. In addition to this, there is an option to choose custom Google Web Fonts (via calls to Google Web Fonts API--> I can give you API key for this--> just show a font and allow user to apply that to a text/heading etc.

Another option that I want--> create a basic template(using Less CSS)--> where at most 6-8 colors are used throughout the template--> and allow user to simply select those 6-8 colors-> generating the template using those colors selected by the client.

Both the Bootstrap theme for which theme generator is to be created, and the gradient generator are attached with this project request.

Also I would prefer it if the theme generator could be created as a Ruby on Rails web app--> although Java is also acceptable.
