Create/Manage a PPC Campaign

== MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO AN OFFICE IN MAKATI, MANILA == I am looking to grow a traffic team here in MANILA. You have to be a Google Adwords Certified. Understand how traffic algorithms work, EPCs, eCPM, PPC, CPC etc. You will be in charge of several traffic accounts such as Native Ad Networks, Google Adwords, Bing, Yahoo Gemini, PPV Networks. We will start with one and move on to the next. Requirements when working with me:: - Adwords Certified - Understand How epcs work. - Understand how traffic works - Understand how landing pages work and Jump pages work - Have the ability to create multiple copy to test - Understand how tracking links work - Micro split campaigns base on geos, devices, etc - Constantly testing - creatives, ad copy, images, landing pages - Understand how to work with MeisterTask - Understand how HTML/CSS/PHP work at a BASIC LEVEL - might have to change pages in real time - Have to be able to commute. - Have to be available all the time especially if traffic is running 24/7 days a week. - Traffic Management happens during the week. Will discuss on interview - Utilize Spy Tools Bonus with working with my Team:: - Will discuss on interview - Commission with Salary I want to create a team of traffic geniuses.
