Analyze my Amazon Product Ads sales data- create MORE ads. GURU level Amazon

We have two million items on Amazon. We just started with Product Ads recently. I want someone to analyze our current CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE REPORT and make changes to our current ads. We need to spend more money and optimize the campaigns. I have the Campaign Performance Pivot Table Amazon provides as well. With so many products, we want to build out a much larger campaign and make sure it performs. If you can analyze my current campaign and suggest improvements, that alone would be great. If you can tackle building out a serious campaign with thousands of products, let me know. We are talking AMAZON PRODUCT ADS, ONLY... The budget I have defined is to analyze my current data, make suggestions, and implement them. It does not include building out a much larger campaign.
