Abusive Hosts Blocking List - I need to get off the blacklist

well my agents and I in a call center started having problems with sending and recieving emails then I checked the blacklist and I see we are on the AHBL's blacklist and I dont know why. My 20 agents or so send a lot of emails back and forth to clients but all of it is opt in and clients r exspecting the emails. Why would we get on the list. I went to AHBL website and they said u can contact them but they dont have any contact details on there site. can u get me off the blacklist and get my emails working again in under 12 hours? I hope so or tommorow will be another tough day at the office... :(

Good day, How are you? I can take a look on how the emails are going out and check the configuration on the email server. The only delay would probably be the response time from the blacklist service, but I'll work with them on clearing up why you are on the list. I used to administer email servers and *build* this blacklists in-house, so I know my way around this process. Sincerely, John
