Hello,
I am looking for a freelancer who already has Bulk opt-in email address list of consumers only in the USA. The list should be provided to me in excel or easily exportable to excel. Looking for at least a million email addresses.
With this email list of addresses the freelancer must be able to send out the company’s sales pitch whereby directing the consumers to the company website, when he/she launches the email marketing blast with the email addresses. The freelancer should be able to provide us with a delivery report, the ability to state whether the email was open or not and other specifics as listed below. A pilot test of 100 will be done first. More explanation of the target audience will be given to the freelancer selected.
The freelancer that is selected should have the below abilities/characteristics in order to send out the emails to the consumers.
You need to be white-listed. Your account/ISP etc. cannot be considered a spammer.
- Provider must be experienced and be able to use USA Non Blacklisted IP's and Servers.
- MUST PROVIDE AN OPT OUT WITHIN THE EMAIL.
- Will want an html based email as well, must be created.
- Emails MUST go to the inbox and NOT to the junk or spam folders.
- You should be able to provide reports, including opened, read, bounced, click-through's, etc.
- You need to be able to deliver 98% successfully.

The selected freelancer must be willing to send out a pilot test. The freelancer must be able to send out the e-mail addresses in batches, with the e-mail message that is provided by the company. The number of each batch will be disucussed. But the cost must be inclusive.
