Buy An Activated Google Adwords Account

I am looking to buy activated reloadable Adwords accounts. The adwords accounts must be as follows:

1. The adwords account must be pre activated account (already charged for the sign up fee) or activated, verified Adwords accounts.

2. The account must be working and you need to provide a long term solution for me to login the account for daily management,

3. The Method of billing in the account must be 'Postpay billing' (automatic payment) and the Form of payment must be 'Credit Card'

4. The currency set in the account must be USD

5. The account will be tested by us for 48 hours to see if the ads are really running before making payment. Any account, where the ads stop running before first 48 hours will not be paid.

6. Plz bid the price per account here.

7. You need to transfer me the reloadable credit card so I can load money into it.
