Adwords keyword grouping in Adwords editor

No need here for high adwords skills, just a little understanding in adwords editor. I Need someone to make adgroups with the keyword grouper of adwords editor. I will send 2 excel files with ~700K keywords each, Total of 140,000 Keywords. You need to: 1- download adwords editor [login to view URL] 2- open 28 new campaigns, call them General-1, Genral-2, General-3 etc'. 3- Add 50K keywords from the excel sheet to each of the campaigns. 4- Use Keyword grouper to group the keywords to ad-groups. The final output should be 28 new campaigns, with 50,000 keywords in devided to ad groups. After you have all of that, you should export the whole account to CSV and send it to me.
