Bulk mailing to Forex Traders

Dear Bidders, I just want to make it short. I need experienced bulk email sender who can send emails to at least one to two million users which can include NORTH AMERICA and UK which are targeted forex traders. 1. All the one million emails you should able to provide or gather (again these emails should be targeted to forex traders ). 2. You should able to send total 5 to 7 series of emails to these users with in week to 10 days time. 3. Inbox rate should be more than 70% and open rate should be greater than 3% and best. 4. More chances to bidders who are willing to send test blast of atleast 50000 mails initially to check the quality. Price range any where from $100 to $500 depends on the quality of the lead generation. Payment only upon all job done and reviewing the results.
