Hello! I have read your project description. It would be good to use the extra height considering you have around 10m2 of floor space. I have experience on various architectural projects, specially residential and interior design. Also, as part of my interior design projects, collaborating and preparing technical drawings for craftsmen, specially carpenters, over the years, I got familiar with all types of materials, hinges, joinery details (so I am able to design and even build simpler items myself). First I would prepare several layout design options to maximize the use of the space. Then, for the chosen layout, I would create 2d technical drawings of all the elements and, considering you are planing to build and order material yourself, a cutting list.
