Character for Video Game

I need a simple character for a mobile game that has a relatively simple animation. The character is a little man in a wheel chair. The wheel chair has balloons attached to it. I also need the wheelchair to have a robotic claw on the bottom that can grab an object. First, I need the wheel chair character drawn in the style referenced by the image BJ.png. I've included a few examples for what the wheel chair character can look like. These examples don't have the robotic claw however. I also need three simple animations. Animation 1 - The character in the wheel chair reaches up and pops 4 of the baloons one by one. Animation 2 - The wheelchair claw opens and closes Animation 3 - The character reaches up and attaches 4 new balloons to replace the popped ones. I'll have more work in the future, I need to see a sample of the wheel chair character before we can proceed. Thanks
