Burlesque Girls

Hi there, I own an independent skateboard / t-shirt brand. I am looking for a reliable supremely talented 2D conceptual artist to draw a theme of 4 burlesque girls that will be printed on t-shirts. They must be the same girl in four different poses. They will be printed on white, black and hot pink t-shirts and be a maximum of three colours on a white background and be delivered as a vector graphic either in .Ai or .cdr They must all incorporate my brand in some way. I will supply a full design specification to the winning bidder including reference images and design notes. The style will be similar to these examples so please only bid if you are capable of drawing unique and original professional images in this style. I have a heap of projects in the pipeline so if I am really happy with what you produce there will be plenty more work. Requirements: (Please do not bid on this project unless you can fulfill the following): - You must speak fluent English. - You must be able to 100% understand design documents, specifications & email correspondence. - You must be a proficient and experienced illustrator and be 100% confident at producing the artwork I need. - You must be able to provide samples of previous work and show me weekly updates of your progress for me to review. - You must be able to work to a timeline and deliver all approved and finished work by the 30th September 2014. - I will only pay in full when I am 100% satisfied with your work but I may consider milestone payments if you have an excellent completion rate and feedback. These designs MUST be polished and professional. I expect the highest quality in all work delivered. I will make prompt payment on receipt of oustanding work and if I am blown away with your finished work I may pay a bonus.
