Hey there, I can complete this with PHP in 10 days with no problems. Essentially this is how it would work. I would create a custom backend for you to enter in the food options your customers would be able to select from. Once selected, the customer would continue to select how they would pay. We can discuss the payment methods you would like to provide. Once they are finished they will click 'Finish' and the order will be placed into your backend as 'To be delivered'. From there, you can put the order through as usual. I have more than 6 years in PHP development experience. This will be no problem to complete for me.
