Looking for a very simple Django implementation of the following web site:
-- Sqllite/mysql database for user data and images
-- OAuth signin
-- Users can... 1) upload images (limited to 20 MB) or links (to imgur) in specific categories, 2) mark images as favorites, 3) view top images in each category, 4) flag images in inappropriate
-- Admin can make users into moderators, who can... 1) delete images, 2) change images from one category to another, 3) delete users

I'm a graphic designer and engineer systems, and I have a company developing mobile applications. currently our programming language is as frameworks is python django or py2py.
This is better suited to AWS than Google App Engine, using S3 to store and host uploaded images. GAE doesn't really handle large file stores or MySQL.
My quote is for:
- Deploying to an AWS instance (with instructions) that you've already purchased and configured.
- Authentication via OAuth from one or more services you desire (Twitter, Facebook, Google, etc)
- Uploading images to S3 for hosting (or specifying and validating an imgur link)
- User favorites
- Category management via django admin panel
- Flagging images for review
- Moderator management via django admin panel
- Image deletion or category changing
- User deletion
- Moderator view of flagged images
I have been a web developer for over 7 years but I specialise in the Django and .NET frameworks. I've recently architected a Django system which receives between 1M and 10M hits per day.
I'm a full stack developer with a good knowledge of AWS. Honestly CSS is my weakest element but I can still do the job.
I have a couple of questions which would be really helpful if you could answer:
Do you have any designs, mockups or HTML already?
Due to the requirement of OAuth authentication, would you be requiring an API as well?
Do the images need to be stored in the Database or can a reference/URL be stored and the uploaded images sit in S3 or similar?
Are the categories fixed by the admin/moderators, or are they generated dynamically by users?
