Custom JW player for "movie-like" experience

Required features: 1. Allow us to specify a day of the week and time(server time) in the code. When that day of the week and time occur, the video will start playing automatically. Note: date is unnecessary, we want the video to play every week, for example, every wednesday at 23:00. 2. If a user comes in late to the movie the video should automatically scrub ahead in time. For example, we set the movie to start at 23:00, and a user visits the page at 23:10. The video should automatically scrub 10 minutes ahead and start playing from there. We will be disabling play/pause functionality so the user will not interact with the player. 3. Before a video starts, and after a video finishes, a preview image should be displayed, of our choosing. This image should be shown at all times, unless a video is playing. 4. Our expected inputs are day of the week and server time( in order to establish when the video starts playing); and the length of the movie, so the code will know wether to scrub the user forward in the movie or not. These inputs are in addition to standard JW Player inputs (preview image url, movie url, movie dimensions, etc). We are looking for someone experienced in JW Player and modification. Those with examples will be at the top of our consideration. These modifications should be able to be done in Javascript, JW Player is very customizable in that regard. This project should be simple for those developers familiar with Javascript and especially JW player.
