Correct two contact forms

I have two contact forms on my website and neither of them are working correctlty. One has the correct layout and colour scheme but forces the menu at the bottom of the screen down a tiny bit forcing the appearance of a scroll bar:. [login to view URL] Correct that problem and make the next screen appear correctly and get the message sent to my inbox. The integral CSS needs to be removed and use existing file [login to view URL] instead. There is a date-specific test that might send the user to an alternative screen. I'll explain that when I award the job. That also needs to work correctly The second contact screen has the incorrect layout (font, colour scheme) and the message does not get sent to my email address: [login to view URL] Change the font and colour scheme to the same as [login to view URL] and get the contact message working correctly. IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT start trying to alter the layout of the site as a whole. I am happy with it. It's taken me a lot of hard work to get the layout this way and I am NOT changing it. Stick just to this job. Previous freelancers who have worked for me will probably get preference for this job, but I am open to new freelancers. If you know what you are doing this is probably about one hour's work.
