We are building a subscription based eCommerce site. The popular content management systems for eCommerce (Magento, Shopify, WordPress) are not suitable as they require a variety of extensions that do not fully meet our needs. The job is to build a customized subscription-based e-commerce site & content management system. The final product should incorporate all of the functionality of the following theme: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] ONLY BID IF YOU CAN BUILD A CUSTOMIZED (or CUSTOMIZABLE) CMS. -The site needs to have an inventory management system, customized shopping cart features, and a one-page checkout process. -We need to be able to customize the subscription options for the end user. -The platform should be manageable (by company users) on the back end and allow for updating. -The website should be responsive and be able to switch between mobile, tablet and desktop quickly and easily. -The website needs to be compatible with the most recent versions of all modern browsers (safari,chrome, firefox & internet explorer) -We are looking for a flexible platform that is easily adjustable as the company and user base grows. We will require you to sign an NDA before starting the work on the project. Please provide a link or examples of your relevant portfolio/work.

I prefer customized online store which gives you more options to upgrade and easy way to make modification. I can code any type of plugin in custom design. The theme you have mentioned, One of them I have already used. I work mostly in customize websites. I don't advice my clients to use some platform as they spend a lot of money and they get what the software provides them. Even they need to buy additional plugins. In custom store, you'll have liberty to get as much functions as you desire. Website will be responsive and will have a complete user management system. The admin will be able to get all the details of the front end including the purchases, analytical reports and can modify/add/delete the products.
