Oh my goodness! That's awful. Was you site working before? If so, there can be a number of things causing this, but the main issues are folder and file privileges, code redirects, or htaccess. I can fix either of these issues within a few hours. Other issues may take longer. I am an honest person, so I will tell you exactly what I can and can't do for you.
