A new design for a popular website

Website: [login to view URL] Website has been running for 2 years now, with around 300k users. Currently looking for a better design, UI/UX, I also need to upgrade the logo Only looking for pure design (images, psd, ... etc), no coding is required what so ever. Here are some stuff that I'm looking for in your design ------------------------------------------------------------------ 1- User friendliness, some users find the current design hard to use, the design should tackle this problem 2- Better look and feel. 3- Must be efficient and simple 4- 100% original, your design should be completely new, no copy/paste from previous/other work. Any material used should be created by you, or is free for commercial use 5- I must like it, I'm also not easily satisfied. Multiple concepts might be required before reaching the end result. I expect patience and tolerance towards criticism 6- New design must not only be better than the old one, but provide an edge over competitors, a small research might be needed. Website can be pretty complex to users that are not familiar with Counter Strike, a firm understanding of the website and all its functionalities is a must. Selection will be based on the following so please keep it simple 1- Screenshots / portfolio of previous work 2- A short paragraph describing how would you approach redesigning CS:GO Zone, and what you think needs to be changed the most about the current design 3- A few words on how you fit this job in particular (reference to previous work is desired) Template answers will be ignore, so please take the time to write something relatable.
