hi, It is possilbe to make only one User per day using Sessions and Database. And after that people who login will have to pay to use the site. And the next day, it will reset to one user and then the consecutive logins will be paid logins. This is possible using mysql and sessions. So, if you want to remove the one free user as well, it is possible from the admin panel also. So it will become like any new user wil lhave to pay for the site usage.
