Design my watch dial

I am a fan of wrist watches and want to launch my own watch company. I have been working with a few designers to sketch out concepts for men's watches but I need expert help to get to a design I feel proud of. I would like the designer I work with to be: - Detail-oriented: Watches are small and great designs require detailed work - Creative: I have multiple design ideas but need a creative person to help me make the watch design unique, yet well balanced - Reliable: I want to complete this project and need to work with someone who can deliver when they said they said they will - Willing to create a great design! I want us to work through a few options until we reach what I need I expect the result of our work to include detailed design of the watch dial, case and strap in 2D. I expect the images and raw files of the design as deliverables (3D not needed). See sample design attached of another watch, just as a reference to the level of quality I expect and the format. What I will do: - Share my initial sketches and explain what I want in the watch design - Provide quick feedback on work done so we can progress
