Design a site for a building

Brief Title: Website for the Maadiran Building Background Information: The Maadiran Building is nearing completion. Over the coming months, and into the future, we expect to have to carry out constant rental activities. Print brochures are usable, but in the long run expensive and difficult to share. A well designed website targeted at the right audience can make things more efficient and easier in the long run. It can act as a sales tool and as an information reference for existing tenants. Audience: Professional, business, probably male. English speakers. Technical: Static Website. Ideally the site would have a responsive design so that it can be viewed on both desktop PCs as well as tablets. Mobile is a bonus. There should be cross browser compatibility. Load time should be optimised given possible poor internet connections. Design: The overall design should be very modern, light, and crisp. We want to present the building as a high-tech, unique, and high quality place within Tehran. There should be a design connection between the building’s physical design structure and the website. Navigation: • Feel free to create your own navigation menu structure, however all the information in the existing maadiran building website should be there in an accessible way. • Social Media sharing buttons • Contact us page Content: The existing Maadiran Building Website can be used as a general guide. We would like more emphasis on the buildings unique location (It has a park on one side, the surrounding area has hotels, great cafes, and fantastic transport links). Feel free to write any copy needed or request specific photographs. A better floor plan section with a link to downloadable PDF floorplans would also be helpful.
