Design a responsive Website Mockup based on existing site

I need the basic framework of this site: [login to view URL] recreated in different colors for a different client. The ads need to be redesigned and basically, we need to show the new client a desktop, tablet and phone view of the homepage, and an inside template. New Header: New Logo, "Contact Us" and "Giving" text links "Social Media" icons (Facebook, Twitter and E-mail like on existing example) Horizontal Navigation (desktop version) New Navigation: About Us Students Parents Faculty News & Events Co-Curricular Enrollment New Homepage Elements: Large Image Slider (first one will simply say "Welcome Back!") News & Announcements box on left Upcoming Events box in middle New block for large "ad" (in the [login to view URL] example, this would be where the Announcements box is now) Need colors specified for drop-down menus and hover effects (we use a JQuery menu for this) 4 ads (slider if more than 4) New Footer: Address, phone, fax, email "sitemap" and "map & directions" links Two links to a church and a preschool (use placeholders for now, we are getting the logos). We suggest that it might look something like the image links in this footer: [login to view URL] The inside template needs a sidebar with subnav, section header, breadcrumbs and ads. Again, see [login to view URL] as the example. We also like you to provide a styling for an inset right-side image that can be placed in the inside template page. We have a color swatch, the new logo in EPS and some school images to get started. This needs to be done fast as we are coding the site next week and launching for the start of the school year. We are looking for someone with excellent Photoshop skills and someone who has experience with responsive design and use of good typography/webfonts. If you have "good" Photoshop skills and are accustomed to simply tweaking Wordpress templates, you are probably not what we are looking for and may not be a good fit for this job. We will want the layered files when done. Before you start, we will talk and make sure you have seen examples of other work ([login to view URL]) so you can have a good idea of the design quality we require.
