How Hodoliva works:
- There are thousands of greeting card templates categorized based on: Occasions, Recipient age group / sex / relationship / ...
- Users can choose their favorite card using websites product filters and they can personalize their card using website’s sophisticated online designer tool:
o They can write on the card
o They can add photos on the cards (the ones that have photo frame on them)
- Having personalized their desired greeting cards, user can choose a date and address for delivery.
- Hodoliva will print and deliver their purchase!
Issue at hand:
Since the concept of “personalization of greeting card” is new to the target demographic, it is hard for the first time visitors of the website to understand the added value of personalization as well as personalization process! Hence lower conversion rate!
What we need:
A graphic design, simple animation or your suggestion to illustrate the concept and process of our website for the first time visitors.
