Design a good professional , attractive Hero Image / static Banner for a Project Home Page

Hi Guys , Please read the requirements carefully. I want to have a very clean , professional static Wordpress Slider for a evolving homepage design. The company deals also with customers with close ties to web design and development so homepage should be made by keeping that in mind. Banner should be delivered in layered PSD / source file so it is adjustable in the future. The design should be very attractive and professional. The designer should have created Hero Images before. It will be the hero image for the following website, look at it and the contents on the home page: [login to view URL] The design should work with the following colour scheme, but there is space for creativity: #3B6734 #75956C #A5BA9F #D6DFD3 Also, it needs to harmonize with the logo of the website. See the vector files of the tree diagram attached, they have to be included and used. Transparency and reflection / some 3D effect would be nice. See some example vector backgrounds from stock pages I attached to get an idea of what I mean by transparency / glow / 3D / reflections. (it should NOT be a cirquit board, it has to reflect the combinatorial trees in the attachment, the others are just for illustration what I mean for style) If i feel that your design is good then i will hire you for more jobs in the future as well. I want the design within 2-3 days, max. one night more. People who are very responsible , professional and cooperative should apply .
