Design a Website Mockup

Hello guys. Due to volume of work I need to start a collaboration with a new frontend designer. The person in charge will receive a sketch and some info from me and needs to be able to create a 100% responsive design from skretch (either custom code or bootstrap, although I prefer custom code). Please note that we do have a lot of experience doing such things, so don't try to bullshit us. Be honest, professional and hardworking, and we will have a long relationship together. The specifications for this initial project are as follow: INDEX PAGE 0. header - as in the attached scan. Menu (alinged to the right): house symbol (for home), Preparate (submenu with: Antreuri/Salate, Minuturi, Ciorbe, Preparate traditionale, Preparate porc, Preparate pui, Garnituri, Salate & Sosuri, Desert), Catering, Despre, Pareri, Evenimente, Contact. 1. slider with nice margins (such as on [login to view URL]) - gen [login to view URL] 2. text - title & description. spacing line (should match the style of the slider's margins) - [login to view URL] 3. 3 boxes, similar to the ones on [login to view URL], the images should have a nice effect (static & on mouse over). 4. testimonials section - where we have a wide image with a centered box where the testimonial is shown (name, date + text). The box should look similar to the one on [login to view URL] but should function like [login to view URL] - background image "stays" while we move the view up and down on it. 5. footer: should have a 3rd effect like on [login to view URL] (has a black shadow in the top) with 3 sections: a. name, address, phone, email; b. working program: M-F; c. submenu (some 4-5 links); in the right side I want a nice traditional wheel (example: [login to view URL] - but it should work on responsive as well). Color scheme should send to traditional (that's the type of food they serve + that's the spirit of the location). ------------ If you are interested please reply with the following answers: A. responsive designs you've created until now.
