Design a Website

I want professional website designer who can design from inception till completion as per my ideas and requirements: it is aimed to be used by all the performing artists to register their profile with photos and videos which can be screened by any prospective employer with a small fee. for the artists it will be free with minimum uploading facility. the webdesigner should be able to ensure and include in his services as below: 1) Get a domain name , example: [login to view URL] or .in etc. I prefer .in or .ae 2) Get a hosting provider that will provide with hosting and database. 3) Get a email service provider that you can use to send emails from your application about changing password etc. 4) Get a payment processor, such as Paypal or [login to view URL] that will allow you to accept credit card payments online. I need to have 2 choices credit card payment and phone payment such as payTM in india. 5) A merchant account that will allow to process the credit card transactions, in case you do not wish to use your personal account. 6) Some type of monitoring on the website to make sure it is up all the time.
