Design a T-Shirt based on a logo and some quotes

We are an American company and wanted to design a t-shirt for our team
We wanted to have a professional help us design something that looks good/funny which people would wear.
Here are some ideas we have:
1) It would have the attached logo on there somewhere (higher res version will be provided)
2) Have these quotes somewhere on the shirt. They could be combined into one sentence or paragraph together as well.

3) potentially have a cartoon of a pony or a beaver on there
