Design a Logo

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skills required are Graphic Design and Logo Design. I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is $50 AUD. The logo is meant to be simple & elegant, it's for the company name 'AussieQS'. The logo should include a graphic to symbolise the company and what it does, this could be a play on the letter 'A' or 'A'+'QS'. The themes that could be incorporated include Aussie (Australian), QS (Quantity Surveyors - Building Cost Estimating/Measurement), A (Pinnacle/Apex/Peak). One idea is to just have the 'A' to symbolise top or peak and the 'QS' to symbolise building measurement tools or cost estimating tools. The idea would blend in with abbreviating the company name to 'AQS' for easy reference in correspondence. Although, the graphic should be more symbolic of what it represents than actual letters. You could also have a play using a two-tone colour and elegant & professional font for 'AussieQS', it could be displayed either together (side by side) or with the 'Aussie' on top, followed by the 'QS' at the bottom. You could test out ideal colour combinations, I'm thinking of a light blue & white or maybe even a gold & black which would stand on well. You could test these out on different samples for me to review.
