Design of 3 Homepages & consultancy (option for long-term business partnership)

Dear All, Our company is looking for somebody who can provide following: Summary: - Design of 3 different Homepages (text input regarding content will be provided by us in detail since the language of the Homepages will be in German) - Consultancy regarding best Host provider (we just registered 3 domain names but we are looking for the best host – we need some advice) - SEO should also be part of Homepage creation (Keywords etc. we will provide since the language will be in German) - Maybe 3 Logos needed as well - Maybe Long-term relationship with you since we are looking forward to start with a new business. Generally we are pretty open to discuss improvements and things we should do to improve our homepages – we hope to find a good long term partner who is responsible for our Homepages - User friendly: Small updates regarding changes of pictures and text should be possible to be done by our self in the future. - In your offer the creation of 3 homepages with SEO has to be considered and some general consulting regarding above mentioned points (logo design, long-term relationship can be discussed later) Details Homepages: - Generally the homepages need to look professional and also optimized for mobile devices - Homepage 1: Company Homepage (a very simple Homepage, it just has to give a nice overview about our company). We already have such a homepage, but we are open to change it completely from scratch. Maybe about 5 subpages needed. - Homepage 2: Pretty simple Homepage as well, it would be a kind of Homepage where we want to show 2-5 different products where potential customers could buy it. Most probably the easiest approach would be to creat a form where potential customers could just provide some details needed to get an order (Most probably not needed to automate the whole process – but this is up for discussion. We already created such a page, but very simple (also with form), but we don’t like it anymore and therefore we are open to start something fancy from scratch. Maybe 10-15 subpages. - Homepage 3: A page where we want to present 1 Product, also there a simple way that customers can do their orders. We did not start anything – it just has to look great. Maybe 10-15 subpages. Details Logos: - For all 3 Homepages we maybe need logos. We already tried something by our self. But maybe we are open to discuss with you any good ideas you have. Even open to get 3 brand new logos Details SEO: - It would be just great if we would find a way to bring our 3 homepages in top 10 of google search for some keywords (since you can start from scratch with all homepages it is hopefully somehow possible) Details Host Provider: - At the moment we did everything with free host providers. We are open to spend some small money to get a better host in order to get everything simple from one provider. Maybe you have good knowledge and can give some advice which one we should choose for our requirements.
