Design a Flyer

A 2 page (f&B) flyer, and or a 3 page (brochure). This is for a business where I work as a senior team leader, we provide career and education advice and enrol primarily university student into courses that provide the workplace related skills to bridge the gap between there university study and gaining employment to laucnh their career,. k We are only just a small business, but growing at a nice pace, we are only 6 months into our existence, so just about ready to grow, and become profitable. I need some material created that advertise te courses we offer, and would like them as either a 2 page flyer or 3 page brochure (pending cost etc). That would be 3 pages front and back for the brochure, and 1 page front and back for the flyer. The front cover with the cover page to be rview of the course (blurb), title of course, course code, the second page would have a further introduction to the course, and then information about the cost/payment options, units, type of career opportunities, etc. While the second page would have substantially more content, i dont want it lost in a myriad of text. So its more a case of highlighting key areas. If it were a 3 page brochure (6 page front and back) then we would be looking at including greater detail. If the design is well received in my presentation at work, then immediate repeat work for brochures for all the courses we offer would follow, but I am paying for the initial one out from my own pocket, as it is something we need to add to the professionalism of the workplace, and would be far more effective than emails of just pure text. I also require a few coaching documents to be created with a letter head, and laid out in practical and attractive format, again i can provide a example of what I want (a very specific example), but since im here now, i'll try ad paint a picture with words, Begininning with a letterhead (which I would actually prefer to be more of a banner would need to be created or current design changed. 1 x Coaching document for weekly usage, 1 coaching document for a monthly one one review. They both would have a flow along the lines of: letter head (GLS - Global Learning Support) Document title (Weekly - Advisor Coaching Opportunities) (Monthly - Monthly Advisor Performance Review), the advisor's name, the Team Leaders Name, The date, The week of the month (for the weekly form), (the month for the monthly form. Then a table with their results from the previous months or weeks results, space of decent size to summarize what was done well, what opportunities exist, about a two paragraph summary, then a section for the agent to fill in how theuy feel they are performing, and another 2 or 3 questions they would answer (around 2 lines per question,. Followed by a table of targets for the coming month, and then a written description of the plan to achieve these goals, and a final comment from the team leader. This is something I have created in the past, but its always been very plain and bland (table here, text under then more text and another table zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz) I would like it to be user friendly for data entry, something that is aesthetically professional but friendly on the eye.
