So this job is to design this banner:

Create these sizes after I sign off on the first one:
250 x 250 – Square.
200 x 200 – Small Square.
468 x 60 – Banner.
728 x 90 – Leaderboard.
300 x 250 – Inline Rectangle.
Domain should be in the ad = [login to view URL], just small, to comply with Google Display Network -- this MUCH be fully Google Display compliant wrt borders.
Artwork should be "creative commons commericial use okay". You must be able to prove it. As we work together we'll give you access to one of the stock photo services that we pay for.
Nothing frilly, nothing too artistic. This is designed to get clicks.
We also have many e-covers and banners to do an an ongoing basis through freelancer so hopefully we can keep this job open and just keep giving you work.
Must speak English, must communicate REALLY well, and we look for a QUICK 2 hour turnaround time, or overnight. We are in the East Coast of the US, New York time.
