Create a sports bet TIPS website (premium & free tips)

Please don't send me a price quote in seconds after i post this project it won't be taken serious. Kindly take your time and read it carefully, and make a reasonable price. THESE ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS PROJECT. - Multi language (English & Dutch) > Automated picks of language for netherlands & belgium IPs (dutch), all others IPs will be in English (needs to have a option to change it manually as well). I gladly help with translations to Dutch if needed. - Skrill gateway (merchants), Paypal & Bitcoin payments. (also that people can donate) - Needs to be easy to manage, edit, and add more content later on. (Sports betting tips need to be added daily, some things also needs to be edited often). You can create in Wordpress by example, but can also create a very own admin panel which might would make it easier to manage things. - There must be a account area, with subscriptions and packages. (where people can get the paid sports tips, in there account daily). There also needs to be a area or subscription for free tips. - E-mail notification when a new tip is posted (only for paid subscriptions) - It should also show statictics like; how many picks won & lost & how many total picks there are (and if it's possible the avarage odds in total, of all the picks). - After a match/pick is done, and the match has finished, i need to be able to edit it to WON, LOST or DRAW. Also after it's finished, people must have acces to view the pick which was premium and paid pick before. - Adding a pick to the site, should be in this form: Date of Game - First team - Second team - League - Tips - Odds - Game Results > WIN or LOSS - Website needs to be SEO friendly this is a must! - The website should be compact , clear, and above all organized.
