Create 3 simple Animations for a mobile application

Hello everybody! I am developing an application for mobile devices and I would need 3 simple animations. I am building the application in SteamPunk style and I need to make some animations when switching through the screens. I already have sounds and the animations should look alright along with the sounds. The animations should include gears and pipes with steam going out of them. The application will be for both 4:3 and 16:9 devices so I need the size that would fit in both screen types. In terms of the file type - the best option would be a sequence of .png files with alpha. I am attaching the screens examples of my app and switching sounds that should fit the animations. If possible, please, attach the drafts showing how will your animations look like.
