Create a Webpage in Wordpress

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! Hello, we need to have our ready webdesign developed in wordpress. It should be excactly like in the attached AI file, but without the black frame arround it, which only shows the format of the webpage. The webpage must have a responsive design, that looks good on desktop and mobile phones and tablets. We want to use google analytics, to see how many people visit the site, e.g. Please create a google account for this and send us its mailadress and its login. The FAQ should open by mouse over and close by taking away the mouse courser. After Clicking on an other FAQ answer, the previous answer should close. When the visitor scrolls down, the answer should close, as well. In the mobile version it should open by clicking on it and should remain open until the visitor clicks an other FAQ. Please make sure, that all letters (scripts) have a good size, so that it looks good and has a good readability. We will give you the accses to the host provider for our webdomain, please install everything and deliver a fully functional webpage. If you have any questions, we will always answer as fast as possible. We need the website to be ready on 23.07.2017. It is an ultimate deadline. It is extremly important, that the website goes online on 23.07.2017. The basic file is corel draw X7, which you find in the attachement, as like an pdf file with the design.
