I have a data table on my website that looks like the attached pdf file. I need an upload feature like on pdf that will allow me to upload the existing spreadsheet to my mysql database and appear in my table on my site (as shown in the pdf). When i upload future excel spreadsheets i want the unique records updated in the database base and webpage. I do not want redundant data in my table and database. Please use the Lab Sample ID column as the unique record identifier. I also want an unchecked checkbox added to each record that will allow a user to check the box (this should be saved to database). I also want to be able to enter a date by selecting a date from the calendar picker for each record. ALL FIELDS GET SAVED TO DATABASE

i will write function to import csv/excel in database, there will be one unique value we can update record on the basis of unqiue field during upload, this is simple job for me, i can do it in 1 to three hours regard ajmal
