Create HTML, CSS, Javascript & AJAX from SKETCH page

I have ONE wireframe in SKETCH that needs to be turned into HTML, CSS, Javascript & AJAX and inserted into an existing template (this will be a new body layout). Requirements: * Your code has to be CLEAN and COMMENTED well! * I need this turned around FAST!!!! * All CSS and code work you do must be VALIDATED and using current industry practice standards * Follow layout EXACTLY pixel-by-pixel and color-by-color * Code must be written so we can EASILY change colors, fonts, borders, etc at anytime - heavily commented and easily organized * Classes must be created for each element and must be easily editable to make future changes. * Code must work across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE using standard testing methods This is a SMALL project but I will have more templates later to do in SKETCH. You will be creating the code that will go INTO an existing template, so it must be modular and can be copied & pasted into any template (as the body of the template). I will send screenshot upon request.
