Create and EXCEL file like the original PDF -- 2 - Repost - open to bidding

Dear, I want this pdf file (before was illustrator) to be made in EXCEL, because we want to be able to edit, add or erase anything we want anytime. You need to create the same design, add the photos/charts in the same places and edit as per my requirements in RED. I only reply to a people who read my post and check the work. Clean and good job is totally required. Delivery time is important as well. Waiting for your comments.
