Create Design for Cell Phone Case & Use as T-Shirt Design

We are looking for 6-10 designs immediately and have a total of 40 that we're looking for in the next couple of months. These designs will first be used on cell phone cases and then on T-shirts and one other item. We either need the design files sized to particular sizes to fit our products. Also, for the cell phone cases, we'd need an image of the design on a model phone case so we can make sure that it looks good. We will provide specific images/designs or quotes that we want to use. Changes to most of them would be minimal - change the font, change a color or delete something. We would want you to provide the designs ready for use on our cell phone cases, t-shirts or other item. I've attached an image of a design that we are looking to do to give you an idea of what we are looking for. Please provide experience in any of this in addition to your price per design and giving us the files.. Also, time to complete a set of 8-10 designs. And any examples of your work.
