Convert a Template to a Website

To build a Social Network platform as a Website and App, that allow Contractors to register and create profiles, adding briefs on their services. The platform will also allow Individuals and Businesses to create user profiles and communicate with Contractors, and other Individuals and Businesses. The platform will also have a review capability (simple to hotel reviews), where Individuals and Businesses can review Contractors against specific categories. The platform will allow simple and advanced search for Contractor, based on specific search categories including location (use of google maps). The platform will allow individuals, businesses, and Contractors to Post Requests for Jobs, where Contractors can respond to. The platform will allow simple networking between Contractors, Individuals, and Businesses upon Sign In (similar to Linked In). The Individuals can automatically track ongoing jobs, and get information on previously completed jobs. The platform will have a Main Hall for chatting and messaging, and will have features of free messages and paid messages, which will be granted certain prviliges. Finally, the platform will have means to accept payments for services, or donations. The whole idea is built on a Power Point Template, that will easily guide the website/app programmer and will be shared upon project award.
