Convert AutoCad Plans to a presentation format

I have some plans of a building which has 3 flats inside, as well as a location map from the land registry. I need to create 3 x A4 drawings, one for each flat. Each drawing needs to show three things on it:
A. The location map with a scale and north reference
B. The Plan of the building, garden and car park with labelling, scale and north reference
C. The Layout of the Flat with labelling, scale and north reference.
I need to use these for a presentation so the final output needs to be well designed, nicely presented. Deliverable will be 3 x A4 drawings, one for each flat in the development.
Bonus will be given for completing the work today and to a high standard. (A sample of the quality of what the finished version should look like is attached for reference only).
I will provide AUTOCad drawings of the three flats, as well as the land and building and location.
You may use any program you wish to create the final drawings. They must be A4 and when printed, must all be to scale.
