CSGO Gambling Website

So i have been recently wanting to create and build a CSGO Coinflip only gambling website, this requires Html, Java, and Steam API. So what im looking for is a site that allows people to deposite their csgo skins into the site into a mini inventory that you can see on the site, and then join other players created coinflips that they have made, and once joined they will vs on a CT and T side Coinflip (CT and T are the sides of teams on the game CSGO), once they vs on a 50%/50% chance and one players wins they get the other players deposited skins that they matched with the coinflip value.
