Building a website and a native mobile app

Requirements for Website. 1- The design of the website will be provided by us in PSD format. 2- The website should have the existing sections that we have in our website. ( About AAOIFI, Certifications, Media Center, Online store, Exam registration, contact us. Etc ) 3- The website will be having online store to sell our Physical books. 4- The website should be able to let the users register to the exam center. Registration of the exam will happen as first stage that the user will fill in an online form( we will provide fields ) and then the form will be send as an email to our Admin employee and they will register them manually. 5- We will need to be able to add in later stage that the users can register to exam and pay after paying he will choose the location he would like to do the exam (country) and after that an email will be going to the institute admin and our company admin to register this user. 6- Payment Gateways will be paypal and Credimax which we already having it. 7- We need to have subscription module the users will need to buy our STANDARDS ( Ebooks ) but before they can buy the standards they need to subscribe and pay an amount that we can specify, the subscription will be for 1,3,6,12 Months and we might do some packages for 24 months ( so admin should be capable of doing this ) after they pay the subscription they will be able to view our STANDARDS list, then they can choose which standard they would like to buy they can have full standard package which for example include 45 standards, they can buy separate individual standards. Standards will be in multiple language as the website will be in Multiple language but if the user purchased the English standard and then he decided to buy the Arabic one all should come in one cart. The standards should be protected in a way no one can print or download or copy text from it. once the subscription is over he need to renew it so he can view his purchased standards. 8- The website should have the event module we would like to sell our events online. And if any user purchased an event he should be able to see this in his calander over our webste and he\she should be able to receive email reminders. 9- We should have a newsletter and admin should be able to design it and send it to bulk email list. 10- Advertising module is also required as we will be having sponsors and we would like to be able to add the sponsor logo in any place on the website ( admins should be able to do this ) 11- The website will be in multiple languages and the website admin should be able to add as many languages as he wish to the website without coming back to developer. 12- Also the standards and online store will have multiple languages as the website. 13- Web admin should be able to do all the required without coming back to the developer. Mobile app. 1- The mobile app should be completely a mobile app ( should not be a website that has been converted to mobile app ) or a mobile compatible website. 2- The mobile app should be able to provide all the options as in the website to the users. 3- The web admin should be able to add as much language as they wish to the mobile app. Same thing for the advertising module. 4- The users who download the app will get a message to ask them which language they would like to have before they view the website. 5- We should be able to push notifications to the users who downloaded the mobile app. 6- Design will be provided for the mobile app by us as PSD. 7- Users should be able to view their orders on the mobile and the website ( one database ) 8- The users of mobile app SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD OR SAVE STANDARDS OR COPY THEM.
