INTO FITNESS I have put together a couple of websites, and I am familiar with InstaPage, a landing page creation tool.

INTO FITNESS Can you please clarify what kind of email portal you want? Do you want people to leave their email address in the 'under construction' page so that you can email them? or do you want there to be a feedback field where website visitors can leave you messages, which will be sent to your email?
