Build a search page

I have designed the landing page of my website and now want a search results page to be built to complete the functionality of it. The person to build the search results page will also need to build the database tables so the data is sourced from the database. Please reply if you can do the following things: 1. Adept at building efficient and fast search algorithms and implementing in programming language. 2. Know how to design database tables efficiently. 3. Advanced skills in javascript. 4. Bootstrap 4. 5. AngularJS (for near future work as I'll be adding more features to the website once it's live). 6. Adept at building any assets required for the page. I'm looking for someone who can not only build the above but my future upgrades to the site as well. I'm looking for someone who is collaborative and doesn't shy from providing their opinion. Please provide examples of your work you have done similar to the above in your response. Further details will be provided once communication is established.
